ROCHESTER, NY – Jeff McFadden, president and CEO of Rogers Associates Machine Tool Corporation in Rochester, NY is pleased to announce a joint business agreement with Waddington Electronics of Cranston, RI, a leading manufacturer of servo feeding systems. Under the arrangement, Rogers Associates will become a value-added systems integrator and distributor for Waddington products.

“This partnership is a good fit with our core competencies and a good extension of our technical abilities,” said Mr. McFadden. “It will allow us to increase the breath of products and services we can offer our clients.”

Rogers Associates will target its business campaign toward metal stamping and fabrication uses.

The arrangement will provide Waddington Electronics local representation and support in the Albany-Syracuse-Rochester-Buffalo business area, said Mr. McFadden. Waddington Electronics’ precision feeding and straightening equipment line includes over 60 models and sizes of roll feeds and six different stock straighteners as well as a variety of loop controls.  Its EZ circuit products are used throughout the world by control panel builders and control systems integrators.
