PULL THROUGH STRAIGHTENER
DESIGNED FOR HIGH-SPEED SERVO FEEDS

A new pull through coil straightener that adapts to virtually any high-speed
servo feed and is precision built to track straight is being introduced by
Waddington Electronics, Inc. of Cranston, Rhode Island.
The Waddington PT Series Tru-Trak Pull Through Straightener features a
hardened drive rolls with precision ground structural components, including side
and top plates; square and parallel to track straight. Equipped with an entry
set of pinch rolls for threading, it incorporates seven 2" dia. straightening
rolls on 2.5" centers and each top roll is individually adjustable by hand crank
and has an engraved vernier.
Available in sizes from 6" to 36" wide for thicknesses up to .125", all rolls
on the Waddington PT Series Tru-Trak Pull Through Straightener are precision
hardened and ground to Rc 62 and have an RMS 6-8 surface finish. Supplied for
right or left hand feed applications, all moving members on this high
reliability straightener incorporate anti-friction bearings
